A man is making some device built into a car, while a woman appears at the door. The two then watch as the car explodes in a demonstration.
Meanwhile, after Tom finds the box in the floor boards, he confronts Liz, and she accuses him of being someone else. Tom ends up being interogatted, while Liz and Ressler work on tracking down the woman, and the next target for the last bomb.
