I absolutely loved the original movies, they were so awesome and action packed, and full of interesting pieces of American history, that also touch on other parts of the world. Now, this new series that Disney+ has created is turning out to be quite good.
FBI agent, Peter Sadusky, who is played again by Harvey Keitel, kicks of the first episode, with a story, connected to El Dorado, and the ending of the second movie. A group of indigenous women hidden part of the treasure, from Cortez. After the treasure was hidden, three clues were placed with the Aztec, Inca, and Mayans.
Later, a man comes into a Catholic church, and finds one of the relics that's a clue to the treasure, but he is followed back to his home, with his wife and baby daughter, by bad men. To save his family, he gets them out, and fights his attackers, but ends up getting killed.
As his daughter is all grown up, she is amazing at solving puzzles. But there still those who are hunting for this treasure.
